I was wondering if anyone could tell me about banglampoo? Would this be recommended as a place to stay on my first visit to Thailand? the accomodation is cheap and that is why i find myself pondering stay in this area. Any info much appreciated!

Is that Banglampoo as in Khao San Road, if so you would be better off posting in the Bangkok forum. Myself, I would definately not stay there, but if your young and on a budget you would probably love it.
