We are going to phuket in early March. my husband and I like luxury and a nice pool, but our kids (ages 26 %26amp; 28), can only afford about $150 usd. They want a place by the beach as they want to do water activities. We are looking at Cape Panwa and Marina Phuket Resort. Any input will be greatly appreciated. Also, I heard about Sawadee Village, (although not close to beach).

Cape Panwa is a little isolated, not as much to do in the area compared to Marina Phuket. There are lot%26#39;s of restaurants etc around Karon Beach as well as being closer to a night out if you want.
Have you looked at the Pacific Club Resort and Spa, Kata Beach Hotel?
