Restaurant Tips please

Hi, first time in Bangkok; staying at The Landmark on Sukhumvit Road.

Any tips please for eating out and if poss how to get there eg taxi, skytrain etc.

Looking for value for money, good setting/atmosphere and of course traditional food.

Thx

Restaurant Tips please

rosabieng in soi 11. Pretty good place. Just acroos from your hotel. Walk from your hotel into Sukhumvit soi 11 about 400m in the soi. Thai traditional food. Nice atmosphere.

Restaurant Tips please

Having Googled for the Rosabieng I came up with this very useful link

The Rosabieng sounds great judging by the review.

Thanks for the tip Garyphil!

If you are into seafood there is a ';Thai'; semi open on Soi 7 which is just across Sukhumvit from Landmark and there is a foot bridge very convenient . Thai local and cheap. Sometimes there are more tourists eating there than Thai.

Enjoy.

If you really want value for money then you could try the food hall at one of the Malls.

Emporium is just 2 stops from Nana BTS at Phong Pong and is connected by sky bridge.

Top floor just before the main restaurant area. Food is so cheap and wide choice of Thai food. You buy tickets and pay with them any not used can be cashed in. I eat there quite often when I%26#39;m in town.
