Are MBK, Siam Discovery, Siam Paragon and central world all in the same area? possible to do them all in one day? we are medium paced shoppers.. stopping only at places that interest us...

no, but they are all easy to get to eachother as you get on and off the skytrain.
On my last morning in BKK I went to Siam Paragon, then Central world and finally made a quick stop at my fave- MBK-

Also gives good advice about claiming back VAT etc.

Just to let u know though, Central World is not fully complete yet. Its still under renovation, and secondly you can walk from MBK to Siam Discovery and to Paragon easily. And if you really like to walk, then its also possible to walk to Central World. They%26#39;ve built a walkway that leads right into it.
