Hi All,

Our family is staying at the JW Marriot timeshares next week for 10 days. We are renting a car. Where is the best place to stock up on grocery items? We are travelling with 5 kids aged 1 - 11yrs and we usually like to explore around on our own when we travel, can anyone reccomend any must do excursions with or without a tour appropriate of our kids%26#39; ages? They of course want to see/ride the elephants. My husband and son are avid divers, but the rest of us snorkel. The John Gray conoe trip sounds fabulous, but I am guessing my kids are too young? Is there any way to charter a boat for just our family on any of the island trips or the caves? (as not to disturb other people!) Any suggestions are greatly appreicated! Thanks!

Hi dohaGirl, Tesco lotus %26amp; Big C both have huge grocery departments . The aquarium would be good for the kids. Dino park at Kata centre for dinner lots of fairy lights %26amp; baby elephant is out the front every night. You can buy bananas %26amp; feed it. Ten pin bowling is at the Big C. You could top at the Green man pub for lunch they have a beautiful garden area with kids play area. Promthep cape at the lookout at the top of the stairs there is an elephant shrine.See if the kids can count how many elephants there are. Enjoy your time with your family. CJ
