Malaria in Ko Chang

Hi all

has anyone travelled to Ko Chang with children recently, we just in the process of visting doctors for jabs and not sure if we should give our 12 year old and 2 year old malaria tablets, we will just be the usual tourist fare on the beach and with the exception of the odd elephant trek will be staying by the beach.
