Railay Bay Resort

How much contstuction is going on at Railay Bay resort at the moment? Is the pool in working order? If not where else is a good place to stay for two weeks?

Railay Bay Resort

stayed at the resort for two weeks 6/24-7/7, had no problems over the construction as it is limited to one section of the grounds towards the east side. our room #305 overlooked the construction area but could not be heard with the windows shut, besides, why be in your room during the day with the beach right there. yes, the pool is fine as was everything. construction hours were 8-5.

Railay Bay Resort

We stayed there late june and the construction work was barely noticable, visually yes but soundwise no. But the front portion of the hotel which is its strong side is untouched by the construction. We stayed there for three nights and Railay Bay was an excellent location for a stay at railay. If you want something cheaper then try yaya%26#39;s, didnt look to bad :)

did you check out the basic bungalows at railay bay resort? im planning on going there, but even though it has good reviews, am not sure if all of the rooms are good. any other thoughts on this resort appreciated.

They refurbished a lot of the rooms there when I was there and I think that waas mostly the bungalows, but since I havent seen them afterwards I really don%26#39;t know :)

ok thanks anyway. since you have been there though, can i just ask if you think we would be better of staying at railay bay resort in the west, or sunrise (ready lots of good reviews) but its east railay. finall decision making time coming up
