Sheraton Royal Orchid or Millenium Hilton

Now that the Marriott is not available, have narrowed down our choices to two - Sheraton Royal Orchid or Millenium Hilton and on second thoughts perhaps JW Marriott... which one of these would be a better bet?

Its supposed to be a kinda romantic getaway so wanna choose the right hotel!!

romantic getaway then you probably dont wanna go JW marriot if thats the one on Sukhumvit. JW marriot is in soi 2 and its basically smack in the middle of city and pollution etc. Dont know about the other 2 though.

Sheraton Royal Orchid or Millenium Hilton

J.W. Marriot is more a business hotel and it is very popular with visitors from the M.E. It is very central and they have a terrific spa.

I personally would not choose the Millenium. It is on the other side of the river and you will more or less depend on their boat shuttle. Traffic is too heavy to ever think of using a taxi.

My personal choice would be the Royal Orchid Sheraton.

What about the Shangri-la if that%26#39;s not fully booked also? It%26#39;s leaving it very late to get your hotel of choice!

stayed in the shagri-la last week it was fantastic .

i looked up rates for shangri la and its slightly out of our budget... think will have to narrow down to royal orchid sheraton.. keeping our fibgers crossed on the availability...

We stayed two nights at the Sheraton Royal Orchid in mid October. Our room was on the 18th floor and had a great view of the river. There is a pier next door that is a stop on the river shuttle. The breakfast buffet was excellent. If you can get reservations, I don%26#39;t think you%26#39;ll be dissapointed.
