Paying with Visa Electron or Master Card?

Hi!

I was wondering if there are any shops where I can pay with Visa Electron or Master Card? I was hoping to buy some sun glasses and use card to pay them...

And how about tailor shops?

Do they only take cash/money?

We have found mostly in Thailand they deal in cash there are some of the bigger shops like HomePro and Index that take credit cards but the smaller shops are mostly cash.

Not sure about tailor shops.
