I have done her classes twice. Please let me know if you need more specific info. I thought her dishes were v authentic and have managed to recreate them successfully at home. The only thing I would say is read the recipes she gives you as you go along as they%26#39;re not always clear, so you%26#39;ll need to make notes on them re quantities etc and ask her for more info as you go along. For example, she uses fresh coconut milk, squeezed from coconut flesh. But she doesn%26#39;t tell you how many coconuts to use to get that amount of flesh. It%26#39;s the kind of thing you%26#39;d need to know when you got back home so it%26#39;s worth asking the questions then!
