We stayed in Hua Hin for our honeymoon in July - I%26#39;m sure you%26#39;ll enjoy yourselves.
I would recommend you getting a tuk tuk to a restaurant called Lets Sea. It is a fantstaic seafood restaurant. Slightly more expensive that the rest of Hua Hin, but still amazing value. This was a really memorable meal for us. It is quite trendy and the food is fantastic. You really want to sit on the verander at the front of the restaurant where they have rocking chairs. It is quite romantic.
There are some great Thai restaurants in Hua Hin itself such as Jasmines.
